高壓陡前沿脈沖發(fā)生裝置

摘要:介紹了一種基于IGBT串聯(lián)技術(shù)的頻率可調(diào)的高壓陡前沿脈沖發(fā)生裝置。并針對(duì)串級(jí)型結(jié)構(gòu)的固體開關(guān)式脈沖發(fā)生器存在的可靠性受同步驅(qū)動(dòng)、均壓等技術(shù)條件影響嚴(yán)重的問題,提出了利用光纖連接器提高驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)同步性等解決方案。利用OrCAD\PSpice軟件對(duì)電路的仿真和與實(shí)際測(cè)試波形的對(duì)比結(jié)果證明,該裝置工作可靠,輸出脈沖電壓峰峰值為±5kV,頻率為1kHz~10kHz可調(diào),脈沖前沿到達(dá)200納秒以內(nèi)。

Abstract:This paper describe a frequency-adjustable high voltage steep rise time pulse generator based on the technology of IGBTs series. For the reliability of solid-state and series switch which is deeply affected by synchronous driver and voltage balance, switch driver synchronous circuits are presented, optical fibers are applied to transfer drive signal for IGBTs on floating voltage. Finally, with the simulation software OrCAD\PSpice, a simplified modulator model is established. Simulative waves confirms with modulator's actual performance well. Experiment proves that the modulator could work reliably. The output parameters are as fellow: the voltage output is 5kV,the rise time of the pulse is less than 200nsthe frequency of the pulse is adjustable from 1kHz10kHz.
